Dry Van Trailers
A dry van trailer is the most popular type of trailer. Dry vans are also referred to “box trailers” because they are basically a rolling box. The inside of a dry van trailer is accessed via doors at the back of the trailer. Dry van trailers are made of aluminum in order to keep them lightweight. The dry van trailer is generally 53’ long and 102” wide, and a dry van trailer’s interior loadable space is generally 101” wide, 52’ 6” long and 110” high.
